One World Coffee believes accountability requires transparency. Because our sourcing practices did not meet the ethical standards we uphold, we are responsible for addressing the issue.
We have ended relationships with suppliers who do not align with our ethical standards and have launched an independent audit of our supply chain and leadership practices.
No. This issue resulted from failures in leadership decisions and organizational oversight. It was not the actions of frontline staff or store teams. Leadership is fully accountable for addressing and correcting the situation.
